The Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Timisoara (UMF) is officially launching the MEDICARE project, in partnership with the Sveti Luka Hospital of Smederevo, Serbia under which UMF Timisoara expands its Pius Brinzeu Centre for of Flap Surgery and Microsurgery.
